Chill out!!
Hi girls,
How often do we hear that phrase “chill out”, but do we follow that advice?
As women we can find ourselves feeling frequently “stressed out”, exhausted and at the end of our rope. When we are in that place, learn to recognize it and how you got there – do something about it!!
Don't accept this state of mind as your “normality”, determine to change the atmosphere around you by refusing to be stressed. Choose instead to give all of your worries over to God and trust him with them.
Discover your own special place which will help you to re-focus and be refreshed, e.g. take a bath, put some relaxing music on, grab a coffee and watch the sunset, go for a walk and most of all PRAY.
We have many challenges to face on a daily basis but it is up to us how we respond to them. Do we respond or react?
All of us are guilty of reacting but how will we respond next time?
God tells us in his word to “be anxious for nothing” but instead give every request to him to handle.
This is how we choose to actively live life free of stress, it is possible .
Give it a go – I dare you!!!!
